Housing charges include heating, hydro and a cable package. Parking, which is not included, is $60.00 per month. Units offered are at market rent only; subsidies are not available.

*For the wheelchair accessible units only, subsidies are available to those who are eligible. These units do not have roll-in shower stalls.

We have 206 units in total:

  • 82 one-bedroom apartments
  • 92 two-bedroom apartments
  • 4 three-bedroom apartments
  • 28 three-bedroom townhouses
The townhouses are two storeys, with entrances at street level and individual patios.

Two of our corridors are intended to resemble a streetscape. This is one component of Windmill Line Co-op’s unique architectural design, intended to foster a co-operative spirit. Each of these hallways is two storeys high and serves three floors of apartments. Most of our apartments have stairs, including all the one-bedroom units.

All units are provided with:
