Windmill Line Co-operative Homes Incorporated By-law No. 38
A by-law to permit two (2) units at the co-op to be allocated to refugees.
1.
The board of directors is authorized to admit up to two (2) households who are refugees ahead of other households on the internal or external waiting lists.
2.
This by-law has priority over the other by-laws of the co-op, including the Occupancy By-law and the Organizational By-law.
